The "N-E" Time Jig is a 1/8 oz finesse jig that gives you an edge over anglers using much heavier bass jigs.  Fishing this alone or with a trailer brings finicky bass in that prefer a smaller presentation.  This have given tournaments anglers and edge over other competitors when the conditions aren't ideal and smaller presentation are the way to go.
